CLEVELAND — G&S Metal Products Co. Inc., a Cleveland-based bakeware manufacturer, is facing over $182,000 in fines after two separate incidents that resulted in worker amputations.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the “manufacturer failed to prevent two workers from suffering injuries that resulted in amputations, incidents that could have been avoided with proper safety measures.”
